Questions swirl over Baltimore bridge collapse

What caused the ship to lose power at a critical moment? Were the tidal movements of water a factor in the bridge impact? Did the design of the bridge make it more susceptible to collapse?

The vessel, the Dali, was 30 minutes into its 27-day journey from Baltimore to Colombo.
