'First make London grade, then sit and plan for the future'
Do we care for our national sport anymore? This sentiment seems evident ever since we lost a golden opportunity to put in place a good administrative set-up in four years, right from the time the IHF was dissolved. . .
The mere thought of the statement - "do we care for our national sport anymore" - gives me the shivers. Of course every person cares about hockey, so there is not an iota of doubt in my mind that we all care for our national sport. Good governance comes from professional administration and in the case of hockey it is controlled by those in position of power.
