Victoria Beckham joined Twitter just in time! "So honoured to be nominated for designer brand of the year from the British Fashion Council!!!! in love and light x VB x, " the popstar turned style icon tweeted on Thursday afternoon. Competing against Beckham's collection, which is shown in New York but manufactured in London, for the illustrious honor are fellow UK heavyweights Mulberry, Burberry and Pringle. The British Fashion Awards will be handed out Dec 7.

Hilary Swank's ex-husband, Chad Lowe has found love again, marrying his girlfriend, Kim Painter. The wedding took place in front of family and a small group of friends in an ocean-side ceremony in Los Angeles. People Magazine reports that Lowe's brother Rob acted as best man and the couple's 15-month-old daughter, Mabel served as the ring bearer. Swank and Lowe shocked Hollywood with the announcement of their split in 2006, having seemed like the perfect couple.
