This book, written without interviewing any of Freddie's three surviving Queen bandmates, fails to capture his music, dwells excessively on his gay sex life and often becomes a hodgepodge of names and trivia that's hard to keep track of. Only for fans who've already read the excellent bio by Peter Freestone.
